What happens if a player gets injured or sick during an ID clinic or camp?
A certified Athletic Trainer will be in attendance during our ID Clinics or Camps to handle any emergencies that should arise due to sickness or injury. Please make sure that you list an emergency contact on the registration form and medical form in case of emergencies. No refund will be issued if you are not able to continue in the session.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
Our inclement weather shelter is the George Mason Field House, which is right next to George Mason Stadium. Our Weather Alert System will notify the Camp Director when it is time to move inside the Field House.
If a camp is cancelled, or delayed for a significant period of time, as a result of inclement weather, a parent/guardian must pick up the camper within 2 hours of notification.
